Mind you not being in control of a vehicle can be anything as simple as having a drink or eating some crisps ,

One of the benefits of having too much money.
You can buy absolutely anything…or anybody.
Wasn’t there like a sliding scale of the amount of penalty that you’d pay for any such driving offence, I thought it had something to do with the amount of money you earnt, maybe , maybe not

Yeah the more money you earn or have, the better the brief you can afford to get to represent you, and minimise the penalties.
Me and you?..Up ■■■■ creek.
Mr Stobart and the like?..Gets off with minimal grief.
That’s how it works.

That’s why “the law” is an anagram of “wealth”.

To help him pay for it, I was told by a Stobart driver that they are looking to cut their rates as there are now plenty of drivers around.

As the minimum hourly rate in this country is now £10.42 & upto the end of last month my mates told me they were on £10.60 ph there not going to be able to cut there wages by much are they , though I’d of thought the stobart driver would of told you they had a pay rise that took them to £11.50 ph from the 1 st of April ( though apparently with all the add ons it comes too £14 ph ) .
Was this stobart driver lp ( logistics people / there agency ) , as I’ve mates / lads I got to know who have had a £2 ph pay cut , no idea if that’s across the board with lp , or specific depots / contracts etc
It’s all 2 nd hand info but there all genuine lads so don’t see why they’d tell me they’d had a pay rise / pay cut etc if not true
As for loads of drivers they could not get drivers not long ago for love nor money , they put that lp money right upto get them , so if they cut it I’d think they’ll end up as before , no drivers or having to put the rates back up
Welcome back…
Dozy.

Maybe he should become an MP? Ask whether the tax payer will cough up for him?
