I have booked a medical with nationwide medicals as my gp is too busy playing golf or hiding behind the sofa to do any work even though he can charge for it.

Has anyone used them before?

The e-mail from the medical company says i need to bring my glasses precription with me does anyone know if it has to be signed or will just a copy do?

I wanted to take the form away with me so i can post it special delivery etc can i still do this?

I presume he is semi retired because most GP’s work far too many hours to hide behind a sofa.
Most are also not so keen on golf at this time of year. :wink:
