Quick post as im reminded of a time I volunteered for the Samaritans and got kicked out because I made someone laugh who was literally on the edge and he fell off. Long story for another post.
Anyway forget all this hourly pay bollox if you have your health your laughing as ive sat at many a bedside of people who dont and wish they had.
Learn to budget, look at your income and outgoings and if you can save £1 per month great but then look at your family and freinds. Do you enjoy this gift of life if not do something about it after all well we are only here once (thats not actually true but nevermind for now).
Seize the day, make changes for the better but above all never blame others for your lot in life. Look at the birds… hang on thats been done.

Yes, you’re right. It’s indecent, but many of them make it inconvenience to speak other than their native language. They are not going to a cinema, or downloading movies with english audio. They can express themself, of expain a problem much better on their native language.

sorry, but I can not get what your post supposed to mean. I’m free.I’m not a robot who works 65+hrs a week. I do very little, and I can enjoy my life with a lot of free time in it.
I don’t want to travel around the world, I don’t want to give profit to companies who make similar cars like 40 years ago(no major difference,internal combustion engine should be gone by now-TESLA is overpriced)
So I’m happy with my life.I have everything I want.

As long as your happy that’s the main thing. Live, love, laugh if you can manage the 3 L’s in life your winning. An occasional F doesn’t hurt either with perhaps a bit of A if one is lucky.
My wife works for Gala Bingo and they just had a pay rise, but got letters stating that due to the increase in cost the payrise has giving they have to restructure the shifts so now instead of doing 30 hours a week she only now has 26 hours a week plus added extra jobs onto the shifts as well so they can huff n puff about the living wage but at end of day ya won’t be any better off
The living wage is a JOKE.
All this will do is…as a person who has just been directly affected by its impending appearance…
force employers to make “decisions” as to staff structuring.
Already many councils are cutting agency staffing, thus agency’s will stop recruiting in general as why would a private or public sector organisation pay double for staff when they can simply employ them themselves on a zero hour contact!!
I’ve just done maths on a job, after deductions id be on £224 a week assuming its a 5 day 39hour…Now minus £40 a week fuel, and housing cost of £600 pcm just for the roof, before any food, bills, and already I’m minus some serious money, and if I could land a simultaneous job I’d be raped for what I earn extra…the system is incredibly biased and unfair towards those who work hardest in the lowest tiers.
Now its not the employers fault completely, nor is it govs, so I ask who’s fault is it that work in this country for many simply doesn’t pay, esp so called unskilled labour which is where this issue has the biggest impact.
Sadly the further the increase the worse it will get imop, the solution, well I genuinely cant see one…all I do know is that job centre’s are gonna be filling up very very soon mark my words…
£7.20 is going to be the minimum wage from April, not £9 as George Osborne hinted in his autumn statement, and a lot of employers will only pay the minimum.
