Whats the point in paying your average driver a decent rate, they’ll still moan, still hang it out, still never help out when the planners are stuck(i.e work a bank hol etc).

Why when I’m away all week every week would I want to help planners out and work on a bank holiday.

I recently retired from a company where all this quote applied and the company still can not recruit or retain driver`s , can anyone tell me what it takes to keep drivers happy ? .
