Whilst what you say is true, there is some nuance (a phrase you are not usually accused of using to liberally)…
I very much think in “I only have a 13 left”, can I stretch this day to a 15 by going one layby further" and so forth.
Reason for that, not to please my boss, but to max my earnings. It doesn’t “run me ragged” because I have 4days off every week. And although I often push it close when parking up, I won’t park in a layby (well, apart from one, which is very large, and well set back)
Unlike the dozy one, who will park on the hard shoulder, with just aanky orange, and run with his card out, to get the job done…

One of the drivers at my work(local council) was told on a dcpc course that bin lorries on domestic waste collections are exempt from tachograph as the constant stop/start could confuse it 
Having done it in the private sector on tacho print outs were interesting

You can’t have your break in the drivers seat & you have to remove the keys, the maximum speed limit for a LGV on a motorway is whatever the limiter is set to and it’s ok (if on break) to move the vehicle so long as u set it back to break and it continues to show break and doesn’t reset

It ain’t about myths in Political conspiracies, nor Greek myths,.Canterbury Tales, or Aesop’s ■■■■ fables…No, it’s Luke looking for suggestions of popular widespread ‘‘myths’’ amongst drivers (aka ‘drivercrap’) that he is looking to dispel in his CPC sessions.

All I do to stuff like that is just ask for exact wording of the legislation making whatever it is illegal so I can educate myself. No one has managed it yet
