My new motor

Just thought I’d share these pictures of my new motor with you.
Its a 1977 Peterbilt 352, ■■■■■■■ 14 ltr big cam, Eaton/ fuller 13 speed, double drive.

Nice truck. I’d like drive it but for doing work I’d choose that FH12 any day :wink:

Of course your quite correct, the FH would be the far better truck for day to day working, but I have to say the Pete has rather stolen my affections for now.

It looks surprisingly small compared to the FH, which looks like a standard Globetrotter not the XL.

Yes, the Volvo is a Globetrotter, not the XL and yes it does make the Pete look like a toy doesn’t it :laughing:

But a toy that will no doubt give you lots of pleasure none the less. :wink: :smiley: :smiley:

I always thought yank trucks were big, but saw some in the flesh at Truckfest SW last year and realised how small they are really ( where the tin 'at) my CF seems bigger than most :wink:

they only look big because they fit small windscreens :open_mouth:
