You are Right it’s time to get rid of Nova and get an accountant I have just got rid myself - As the Director you are legally responsible therefore, as this is all being done through Nova Accounting, make sure it happens and HMRC are notified and proof of all the copies of documentation are forwarded to enable you to pass onto your accountant

my trading address is still falkirk. the commute between the 2 is a bit of a nuisance
