My mate.

Why do folks come on here pretending they have got a mate that has a legal question, when it is the one asking the question that does not know. Why not just say,it is them asking.

To make sure they cover their own tracks for any discrepancies they may inadvertently have.

they just want us to beleive somebody actually likes them

there could be a simple answer to that there may in fact have a mate that needs that info, or could be that there don’t want to admit there haven’t got a clue and blame there mate for being the thick one :stuck_out_tongue:

What an idiotic statement… How can you be sure the poster isn’t asking on behalf of someone else? I have asked a question on behalf of someone else in the past, and I’m sure others have too… :unamused: :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

my mate wants to know why your asking this and does it bother u :D:D

funny that my mate wants to know if he can work for 7 days 365 days a year and take the weekly rest breaks totaled up over the year in one big block at the start of the new year

My mate also asked what the WORKING TIME DIRECTIVE was, he been driving trucks for 7 years and has heard rumors about this WTD but not thought much about it :exclamation: :open_mouth:

its always best to be honest when asking the questions, i always am, that way you give the person giving you the answers that you are a man and are not scared of asking for help. If someone asks me a question on or off the forum i will give them my best answer, if i dont know the answer i will tell them i dont know , i wont give them duff info, that can cause more harm than good.

TBH Pecjam I’m not sure your mate really understood his own questions. Of course he can work 7 days a week for 52 weeks a year and ignore the Road Transport Working Time Regs. He doesn’t even need to ‘pay back’ the reduced weekly rests at the beginning of year two, he can carry right on working. It’s called; driving wagons under UK Domestic Hours
