Tonights news was great. They’ve been able to take him off the monitors and move him from the HDU to a ward. I’ll get to see him tomorrow

Tommy is making excellent progress, it’s unbelievable that someone who the fire brigade and police thought they were going to lose 8 days ago is now able to joke with his nurses. He’s a tough cookie, ( must be the biker instinct ).

glad to hear everything is going well for him and his family will have the comfort of knowing he will see another christmas .let him know we are all wishing him a speedy recovery . i lost a colleague last christmas due to a rta and it was awful for me so i cannot imagine what it is like for family members . it certainly put things into perspective and no amount of money or presents can bring you hapiness .this year i am not doing much and i will enjoy the time with my family and thank my lucky stars that we all got through the year without to much bother or real drama
