Noticed a big man hole/drain cover broken and sticking up , about to cause an accident about half a mile before The Buck services east bound on the A 303.
i rang the treble nine, and i heard on the radio bulletins that they were fixing it , but very annoying was one DJ who kept moaning that they are still fixing it and one lane was closed off.
I called at 6 am , and went past at 14.00, and a 
works lorry was parked behind the repairs and the occupants were asleep, that is no problem as they were waiting for the tarmac to get hard for the traffic to go over it again, the DJ just made an assumption without the facts.
