My good deed of the day.([Part three.)

I noticed a foreign truck parked up for two weeks at Wincanton by the new pub/hotel and KFC off the A 303, it did not look right, and he should of got a load back by now i thought.
I rang the local 101 number, i thought the truck was a Czech and the operator asked me if it was spelt like Check, i said no it is not.
They rang back after making enquires, as i told them the driver must be out of food and have no money left, and the Police said he was a Polish driver, and they checked the truck, and went in the cab which was not locked.
They emailed the firm/owner in Poland, and it turned out that the driver was staying with the Polish community in the town, and he had found a load to Germany and the truck was repaired after it had been broken down, and was now on its merry little way.
The day i went past, a lad was standing by the trailer with a black hoodie top on, looking a bit weird.
Some will say it is none of my business, the boobies had no report of this, and said they should have noticed the truck on patrols.

I guess The Verve were in fact wrong!

In Toby’s mind I think.

The driver could have been dead, or an English/irish driver in a Polish truck, one from Trucknet maybe?
