nice one i also had my first trip to london in a artic yesterday wasnt too far in luckily i had to drop baled recycled tins/plastic bottles to ecotech in rainham the take a steady drive along the a13 to billingsgate fish market to collect a artic load of palets contained compacted polystyrene you could say my trailer smelt a bit fishy i think this was close enough to central london on my second week in a artic

I have to admit central london is a shocker for anyones first outing in an artic. Even with my limited experience it can be a challenge. My tip and this may not work for everyone with so much going on is to prioritise the hazards, usually pedestrians and cyclists take priority.

In congested traffic sometimes theres no point even attempting a cyclist overtake as they make better progress anyway, just tickle her along and let em sort themselves out, dont panic at traffic lights, who cares if they change mid manouvre.

Theres also the added bonus of lots of attractive ladies, or for the ladies attractive men, or in my case both… :wink:
