well im still employed, i hav’t bent the wagon or broke the crane yet. confidence is off the scale i feel really settled in the wagon and operating the hiab. every now and then i get over confident with the hiab and its lets me know immediatly that im still a rookie. hope everyone is well out there, this forum has been a real inspiration and source of guidence for me as a newbee. oh yes and im still looking for class 1 work but i know it will come one day when im ready. 
That first artic run will come one day - you have a job in a recession and as a newbie that can only be good
