Took my digi card out of my wallet today and the chip has become detached from the card anyone else had this? Will order a new one but thinking of glueing this one In the meantime ?

yeah glue it in …Just remember it gets hot in that little black box so then the chip gets stuck in the head then you need a new head unit cost a fortune … NO just send it off and get a new card you’ll have it back in around a week 
If you glue it and continue to use whilst reporting the other one lost or stolen could look a bit dodgy. Also you’d need to pay 19quid or whatever it costs to get a replacement.
But if you send the broken one back to them they give you a new one free of charge.
Being without a card ain’t too bad really take two vehicle printouts one at the start eh you shift and one at the end of your shift fill in both and staple togheter. But mind and continue to use the mode buttons as normal to register your breaks.
Mine ■■■■■■ up a few year ago same time as thousands and thousands awe broke and it was back pretty sharpish around 4-5 days.
You know what ■■■■■■ me off though when I sent mine back to get replaced, it was the fact there was only a year left on it. So I thought they would send it back with 5 years, did they ■■■■ came back with still a year to run

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Dont glue it ,i did the same and the glue melts the card 
send it back as a damaged card ,you will have to pay,dont try and say its faulty they will send it back,i kept mine in my wallet and with the movement i cracked round the edge,i got the form off my employer it dosent take long to come back.
How the ■■■■ can glue “melt” a plastic card?

You must be using some Ebay Chinese special version then because I have glued countless plastic items back together with it and it has never “melted” them.

I must admit i was surprised with the outcome,theres no point bodging them really ,you have got to send um back so whats the point,i thought it would save money on a new card ,wrong,you wouldnt be able to get it smooth enough to fit in the slot either

It is a bit fiddly ,i must admit,the thing is i did it in the when i was on cover in the office and the boss said,what the ■■■■ are you ■■■■■■■ about at you ■■■■■■■ idiot,get it sent off stop ■■■■■■■ about
