Not anymore.
Last job I had was night shunting at a warehouse on behalf of company I worked for
Shifts were 12hrs max and in that I was lucky if I did 2hrs moving trailers!
Rest was sleep/film/eat!
So 10 at most, usually around 7 or so and that includes to and from depot!

Between 13 and 19
Very rarely hit 4.30 in a day.
I did 45mins today and that’s me done driving till Sunday night. Truck is parked at Spa and won’t move till after F1. 
Not my average week though I will admit as this job involves more rigging and de-rigging then driving.
I do a little more than that.
Around 23-25 per week
Ours are around the 25 mark.
With it being August, we are really quiet, one of them turned a time sheet in last week with a maximum of three hours driving on it
