Any other musos on here? I’ve played the guitar since I was 11 years old (I’m 42 now) and have been in the same band - a sort of disco/folk/rock outfit called the Rhythm Thieves - for the last 18 years. I can also turn my hand to mandolin or banjo if I have to, but a nice noisy electric guitar is where it’s really at for me.
What do you play?
Anything brass (was a pro trombonist and teacher for 25 years) - used to play guitar but leave that to my lad now (he’s bloody good!), used to play mandolin, still play piano, did harpsichord in college, played keyboards in a rock band a few years back. Composer and arranger as well!
