most sites have a stacker but try getting them to tip you. they are busy 9 out of 10 times so its quicker to tip yourself as for location sat nav will get you to the area but you need a to z to clarify road junct or they may be off an existing road. also not all sites have stackers. you may get bob the builder doing an extension in a private road or a block paver on an estate not all HIAB work is to full sites. alot is to private builders also. try driving down a terraced street in anfield to deliver 60 plaster boards with plaster and timber its all good fun
Do you have to order pick and load your own wagon? I must admit that I think 15 drops using a hiab is quite a lot! Have you ever dropped anything by accident?
no the flt lads in the yard load you acording to your pod notes. so last off first on ect. however sometimes it is unavoidable to have timber across the load that is first off so you got to move it around the deck or keep putting it down till its off. pain in the but that is. no have’nt delivered incorrect items have forgot to give items useually small stuff iv put in the cab.
sometimes may drop bits but nothing serious. the trick is to test lift before you commit to slew off the deck then keep it low to the floor if you can.
by the way, thanks for evreyones replies.some crackin advice there!
