Evening everyone, next week I have a job interview at Muller Wiseman Normanton on a class 2, has anyone any inside information on what they’re like to work for, hour’s, pay working day etc. Thanks
Used to work for them at Trafford Park. Don’t know what the hourly rate is now but at a guess it’s probably in the region of £9ph for Class 2.
Time & a half after 39 hours,
Time & a half on Saturdays,
Double on Sundays,
Average rate + double on bank holidays,
23% extra 6pm - 4am.
You’ll work at least one day at the weekend. Start times 3-5am generally, you’ll work 9/10 hours a day. Usually in the region of 15 drops, drop off and collect trolleys of milk into convenience stores mostly. Orders mostly picked for you.
It’s not everybodies cup of tea but plenty of long time servers, I thought they were a good outfit.
