He’s done nothing of the sort. He’s just exposed the seriousness of the stuff that is being carried and the carriers shortfalls,none of which is official secrets act stuff.
The trouble is that Russian journalists who expose shady commercial activities normally receive free body piercing shortly afterwards as recompense. 
Bit of a ■■■■ take really, since the owners of this company are based in one of the most enviromentaly sensitive countries in the world, shame its a land locked country, or they could have towed it into one of there own ports to sort out.
