MSA covid restrictions

Anybody else fed up with all these Covid restrictions at MSAs? :unamused:

Ok,.I know they have to do it, but it is becoming a complete ball ache .
One way pedestrian routes taking you right to the front of the main entrance from the truck park, rather than being able to use the side door…when ■■■■■■■ it down

Ok, I know it ain’t a hardship as such, but just enough to wind you up.
Was at Knutsford n/b the other day, door locked, not even a one way, yep, it was â– â– â– â– â– â– â–  it down while walking round to the front.
Went upstairs to Gregg’s for a coffee, nobody else in, and I unintentionally went in the wrong side of the roped off ‘path’, got to counter, this little sh of about 20 said…‘‘You need to walk around the correct way’’ (I was stood at counter by now btw)
I said… ‘Ok, but I’m here now mate, large latte please’’

He said…

‘‘Unless you walk back around the proper way I can’t serve you’’ :open_mouth:

I’ve seen the day when I would have pulled the little scrote over the counter by his neck, but I thought,…what’s the ■■■■ point eh? :unamused: .and I’ll more than likely be on camera anyway,.and I want my coffee…and I do go in there fairly regular.
So I said…
‘‘Ok son whatever brightens up your day and makes you happy’’
and walked round the right way like a naughty school boy. :unamused:

I gave him the ‘Rob death stare’ the entire time it took to pour my latte, and walked away feeling proud of myself for resisting the urge to smack the little sh. :smiling_imp:

Walked downstairs and all the people that had 5 mins before been marshalled in a social distance by a guy in a hi viz, were all congregated together in the Smith’s shop.

Also this morning at Frankley, I followed the route out of Gregg’s and ended up back in the main building, saying to the guy supervising it '‘How tf do I get out of this ■■■■ place mate’ in my grumpiest way.

The whole thing is a â– â– â– â–  farce I reckon.

I agree a lot of it is a farce now tbh. For the whole lockdown you haven’t had to wear a mask in shops yet from 24th July to go in any shop you’ll need to wear a face mask.

Why has it been OK since all this started to be a personal choice and after the 24th you can get fined 100 quid for not wearing one.

That is also a farce, most people are capable of going into a shop and being socially distanced and not talking/sneezing and coughing over other people…

Disposable gloves next in every shop I can see it happening.

Then again the only place I go in the services is the garage to fuel up and that’s it although I have been to burger King twice at a particular services a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. Adventurous or what. [emoji23]

The whole thing is and has been the biggest and most vile hoax of our lives, there’s something very very wrong about all of this.

Covid then that carefully filmed killing of George Floyd, now we’re talking second lockdowns and bugger me but they’ve discovered bubonic plague in bleeding Mongolia, you just know something else is going to happen or be discovered by some computer modeller or other which will be taken at face value by the jokers currently squatting in Downing St.
Divide and Rule is the order of the day.

Meanwhile, anyone rate the chances of Ms Maxwell surviving long enough to spill the beans on the great and good…anyone fancy their own chances of a long healthy retirement once Dr Mengele’s vaccine has been forcibly administered and done its worse to your immune systems under threats of Lord knows what if you don’t comply citizen.
They’ve already got rid of a good number of elderly by shipping them back to care homes so they could infect everyone else there, and people applauded this :unamused:

Just what the hell is going on, isn’t 4 million likely unemployed after Christmas going to be enough for them, do they want double that number, or is 8m not enough either.
Japan and Sweden didn’t issue house arrest orders and the bodies ain’t piling up in the streets, odd that.

These are dangerous times indeed, this is all about Trump and to a lesser extent Brexit, getting rid of the former at all costs and nullifying the latter.

Muzzles, like following arrows and keeping a regulation distance are just another part of control of the masses, most of whom are addicted to the idiot box in the corner and the rest of the mainstream media, offering 24/7 propaganda Goebbels could only dream of.
Sadly, as the little twerp at Greggs showed, there’s a massive volunteer army of hi vised wannabe concentration camp guards out there, aided and abetted by their slightly more devious curtain twitching allies who can’t wait to report neighbours to the Stasi for any minor transgression.

Trust me you will not recognise this once beautiful Jerusalem in a few years, i barely recognise it now, but the worse part is that all that has and is destroying this country is part of a plan.
We had the chance to stop this, but sadly the electorate cannot see past their wallets (and cannot think because they will not switch off the bloody telly), and have been voting for decades for whomever promises them more of their own money or money borrowed in their childrens names.

Watch this space to see what the great economic reset of 2021 brings, much of it centred around so called human caused global climate change, first thing you’ll notice is the coming food shortages as we enter winter and the rising prices of staple foods, and then the steadily rising taxation of fossil fuels, by then the power shortages will start.

There, bet you feel better for that

Jeeez Juddian, that is deep man. :open_mouth:
I was only complaining about it taking longer to get into Greggs for a coffee.

Simple don’t go Knutsford which isn’t really set up for trucks anyway. Go Lymm instead.

Very true.
All the other services I’ve been in lately in my craving for my caffeine habit  (or for a shower) have been of a similar scenario, I see the reason for it irrespective of whether or not I agree, , but a lot of it is a bit too ott imo.

I don’t get why every other cubicle is locked off.
As your isolated in there and there a huge panel/partition. Between you and next cubical

I’m just suprised your mate dumb & dumber hasn’t been along calling you out for trolling as that’s apparently what he does ( actually suprised you didn’t put ta on the end as that’s the big clue apparently
I mean who would think you not getting wet whilst fetching a coffee was more important than trying to save people’s life’s , you can’t be serious , can you
Must say of late the level of your postings / trolling has dropped rob , that’s if it is you , ta, I’m sure dumb & dumber has his suspicions!!

Tyneside

I think it could well get worse very soon mate. As of Friday it’s mask time in shops :open_mouth:

Then again, in your case it can only improve matters. Every cloud and all that… :grimacing:

Do you believe…

The earth is flat too?

So it seems the end of the world is nigh because we voted for Boris rather than the loon that is Corbyn, and it’s probably better to give Greggs a swerve and make your own coffee. I can recommend a chai latte from Costa btw [emoji16]

Had a run-in (quite literally) with a self appointed social distancing marshal on my way out from the counter at the petrol station. ''See the arrows, mate? Hello? Social distancing!"

Few nights ago I had forgotten my hiz viz vest (new car, both vests in the old one…) so on my way to the delivery location I stopped at the services to see if they sell any. Well, all doors locked at the petrol station - only a window (rather a slit under it) open but no one inside, I stood around for 5 minutes, the register was lit so it was clearly open but no one showed up so I moved on. Next services same thing but there was a woman in the store, I managed to get her attention and asked her if they have any vests, she went looking and walked parallel with her (I’m on the outside of the store/petrol station), she found them and raised 2 - one pink, one yellow. I pointed to the yellow one, then I made an X with my fingers crossed followed by an L with my thumb-point finger, she nodded and we walked back towards the checkout. The whole thing was such a bizarre experience, later it turned out the vest is XXXXL size - I can fit twice inside it but oh well. Cost £6.95 btw so don’t forget yours, it’s a robbery.

Some won’t even take your bank card, they’ll stick the reader to the window and you put your card ON the window and it’s read through it. Fortunately my local services where I fill up before going back only have the basic mandatory ‘‘measures’’ in place and the guys working there are ok and they let customers in 24/7.
