At the website which has smiling faces, perfect teeth whitened smiles, wearing brand new Hi-viz vests and shiny hard hats, a sure sign of people who have no idea how the job works.
It’s a closed shop situation - the owners of the qualification won’t let anyone on their turf 
At least you can do it online these days, but last time I checked it was at £120, so well over twice the price of the upper end of DCPC costings.
