I was running at a similar weight 35 to 37 tonnes both ways with a Daf XF95 430 4.2m curtainsider and achieved this.
80% was on dual carriageway, this is why the mpg dropped at the end as I was on single lane returning to the yard.
yours is manual i dont believe for a minute autos are more fuel efficient 
are V 8 ,s that heavy on fuel 
you could of cleaned the dash before taking the pic!
