Boss called me over just as I was finishing my shift, “wanting a quick word”.

Needn’t have worried - seems they have identified a need for a few more drivers to be upgraded to Class 1, and I have been selected. Start my training on Thursday…

The company doing the training is JLD Driver Training based in Banbury. Not sure which test centre they would use - presumably Weedon?

Think JLD use…I can’t remember but I’m sure it’s not Weedon as I did an assessment drive with them and got put off about not doing it on known territory. Good luck with it, I’m sure you’ll nail it

Not Weedon unless you have requested that - it will usually be Culham LGV test centre - just south of Abingdon near Oxford
