Motorways Etc.

…Is it just my perception, or are there more motorway closures and road closures in general now for accidents/collisions/crashes?
Only I ask as these arteries are now more important than ever, because of the increased amount of traffic and the recovery of our economy.

I dont use them much, because these days I dont do a lot, but I listen to R2 most of the day and the traffic reports make me pleased that I am no longer a great user of the road network.

So…Are there more road closures these days?

I have noticed this.In clear driving conditions there are bad crashes.
I would understand in fog/ice/snow and heavy rain.
Another accident is reported the next day in the same place.
Waltham Abbey seems to get double whammys.
Stoke on Trent the same.
