Single carriageway looks like China and the truck was passing another truck that appears to be stationary on the bridge when it’s just lost all steering due to snow and ice .
Weird how the woman was clapping then stopped clapping when realising the cyclist was OK.

Looks like the lorry and the other vehicle were passing a stationary vehicle. Bike sees lorry coming head on towards him and panics.
