I`ve just been reading a copy of MT and they had this years awards.I wonder if they ever vet the companies they give the awards to .They should look into how they achieve their goals,how they treat their staff etc,etc .1 un named company won a couple of awards but what MT failed to reveal is how they have made almost all of their trunking drivers redundant and replaced them with agency drivers.The first batch went on the original redundancy package ,but the second phase went with (for some) a massive reduction in payments.
