I decided to e.mail Moto via there website, and asked that they be kind enough to provide feedback. I pointed them to the thread above, and how, pound for pound the haulage industry spends more with them both in company money and driver personal money, and got the following reply:
Good to see that in response to complaints from truck drivers they are altering things to give trucks an easier route off site. They have realised they are ■■■■ poor and are taking steps so truck drivers can get the hell out of there as fast as possible. Who says these people don’t listen to drivers?
I bet over on mysisterismymothermyuncleism … orld.co.uk they will be seething at this great result after the abject failure of so many other attempts to get people to respond positively to this sort of thing. It’s a travesty I tell you.
