Moto gp spoiler

The Doctor is back in style, with a slight touch of irony he started the race on a Yamaha and finished on a Ducati!. Ten out of ten to Lorenzo led from start to finish. But Rossi came from way back to finish Second with Marquez third in his first race. Bradley crashed out sadly, from eleventh place.
Now I’ve got to wait two weeks for the next race.

Cal had a good race too, he was with those Hondas for several close laps. He needs to learn a bit of racecraft though.

Great start to the season.

Redding missed out narrowly on the top step too :stuck_out_tongue:

My apologies  fancy forgetting about Cal who did brilliantly. Keeping up with the Honda’s on a non factory bike, in fact last years non factory bike was a fantastic achievement.

That was a great last 10 laps or so. Beats F1 hands down for entertainment. :sunglasses:

Looks like Moto gp is back to being exciting at long last. I’m a huge Moto gp fan, but I’d be the first to admit that it got very stale over the last few years. When Marco sadly died I thought the last chance for it to be an exciting spectacle died with him. Hopefully I’ll be proved wrong.

Incidentally, did anyone watch the 600 supersport from Brands? What an awesome season this is gonna be if that race was anything to go by. In any other walk of life Billy McConnel would be sectioned under the mental health act!

Didn’t watch BSB I find by the time I’ve watched all the Moto gp, moto 2, moto3, WSB, WSS et all I’ve either run out of time or enthusiasm. Got to admit when I do watch it there is some brilliant racing.
I agree Moto gp was going downhill and the loss of Marco was a loss in more ways then one. Can Rossi win another world championship ? if that race is anything to go by the answer is yes, but it’s early days yet and Rossi always did better coming from behind.

Rossi does need to improve his starts, Pedrosa and Lorenzo are so slick off the lights and with that extra wide bike of Jorge, it is going to be an uphill struggle.

Rossi was good, Jorge didn’t put a tyre out of line, anywhere. He was hitting the same grain of sand every lap.
