I have obviously led a very sheltered life 
OK here goes had a container full of high value goods ie tellys , back around late 80,s had a delivery in brum somewhere , so parked up near to the warehouse and walked to local pub come nightclub , met a local bird and ended up getting a taxi back to her house nearby , anyway my delivery time was 8 am , and at gone 9 recieved a call from my boss to ask where was i as the company were worried that they havnt recieved there goods , erm im still in bed wiv the bird at her house ,eventually rocked up at the warehouse at 11 am , to say my boss was not pleased was an understatement .
yes i know totally iresponsible but hey your only young once , by the way does anyone ever remember that nightclub in runcorn called cleopatras , a right dive but met another bird there lived in frodsham , i used 2 see her at least once a week when i had a trip up that part of the country …had a lovely place to lay my head , better than a bunk in a fl10!!!

Nope, the high points were travelling to different places and different Countries and different continents, meeting different people and getting paid for it.
Everything else was/is a bonus .

in the good old days,there were prozzies and enthusiastic amateurs that wernt junkies.plus seeing as british industry stopped at 4-30 and never started again till 8 a.m then it was pub,■■■■■■■■■■■ up some available trollop. foot the bil for drink and a chinkys if she was class,then it was always a better option of sleeping across the hump with your legs dangling in the pit.plus the option of breakfast of champions for round 2 in the morning.

Ontario Truckstop just outside of LA.
The “Ho’s” get lifts into the truckstop from truckers then they go cab to cab knocking on doors, in the meantime security are patrolling knowing they are there somewhere trying to catch them to throw them out, then about midnight the cops turn up. the truckers thhat are awake are warning each other and the “Ho’s” where the cops and security are on the CB and let them in the cabs till they’ve drove past.
Excellent entertainment.
I got a trip to California and stopped off in Vegas for the weekend so I could go to a mate’s stag do, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas as they say
