i had a call from a customer they need 2/3 2.5t pallets from birmingham to moscow,does any one know an o/d running a 7.5 tonner on this kind of work,it will be dedicated express,tried all the so called expets croome ect but id rather give the money to a o/d that knows this trip.

I take it that is the total weight rather than each pallet? If it is each pallet you will need something a bit bigger than 7.5t.

Don’t wish to seem negative, we still go to Russia (but only full loads and only specialised goods) but for general work we find that eastern Europeans charge little more than half of what we quote so if you want it done cheaply I would suggest you try Betz or LKW Walter etc.
