0 think this is what you saw?

must go to some hairy places if they need spot lights on a fleet truck?

Ideal for farm collections in the winter time though.

Saw same thing today on M60 Manchester, I had to double check myself, thought ‘that’s a weird trailer for Morrisons’…

yep we do everything in house only trucks not run by morrisons is the fuel tankers !!!

del trotter:
Don’t they have their own potato packing plants? could have been on it’s way to one of these.

They have a plant on the A59 towards Knaresbough

I saw a maritime pulling a bulker on the m62 last week.

They’ll do anything for money.

Used to do Arla milk delivery too.

Lots of tescos also.

Spooky you should say that, I past a Maritime on the York ring road yesterday evening pulling an odd trailer - I didn’t get a good look, but it looked to me like a walking floor or chipliner-type thing. When worked at Maritime it was containers only, I know they’ve moved into curtainsiders but bulkers? Odd…

Maritime have been pulling P&O curtains recently, they must be quiet at the mo!!

its a case of go were the money is. if its quiet the ladies of the night would be daft to turn away a tramp for a gobble for a fiver if no other punters about. supply and demand its all about money!!

ive seen a few Maritimes with their own tautliners.

I take we are talking of the supermarket? I have seen them pull empty skellys and more surprisingly a lowloader. That one turned my head i was like wtf is he doing with that

Lowloader is a self recovery unit. In case of breakdown they send it for pick up the broken one.

Dont Woodhead Bros(?) do work for Morrisons?

Woodhead Brothers is Morrisons, Morrisons bought it quite a while back. Abbatoirs in Colne, Spalding and Turiff!! It seems that Morrisons don’t like to broadcast this fact to much, trucks are in Woodhead colours and if your super beady eyed, they have some three axle fridge trailers that are meat railers but have the normal stawberry/salmon/bread livery down the side!

and the ■■■■ n booze

The truck is from wood heads in Colne, they have a fleet of livestock hauling FH’s, and a Merc Megaspace painted in Morrisons yellow. That FM is the only yellow truck with tipping gear, it delivers some waste product back to their farms for animal feed I think.

Times are hard  beggars cant be choosers

Morrisons bulker units have sleeper cabs and spotlights unlike the rest of their fleet.
