Looks like it’s parked on that roundabout just outside the depot you know the one with the junction that doesn’t go anywhere.
what difference does it make really? having been abroad you sometime misjudge places to park its easily done. why would you then try to wake a sleeping driver up its not like he will all of a sudden think oh someone has honked at me lets forget the tacho rules and move to please them.
