My guess is someone has got their rocks off in the parking area. 
Nah - it’s been really windy in the Nord pas de Calais region in the last few days.
Looks lie a few of those plastic rubbish bags from the restaurant skips.
I reckon his curtain came loose on the train , some of the wagons are open now and maybe causing damage
