More m6 roadworks/chaos coming

Driving north on m6 around junction 10 hilton park area.
Noticed big yellow sign work starts here Feb 2020 until 2022.

That section is partly 4 lanes has refuge areas there.

Any ideas what there works are for?

yep, they are sorting j10 out and building 2 new bridges, if you have ever used j10 you’ll understand as it’s a nightmare…
