More Calais Mayhem... BBC Silent

99% of anyone truck related ive ever spoken to about the calais vermin seems to have a somewhat similar attitude to them as myself…arasites, vermin, gassng would be too good for them, dont bother to unpack, your going back,so its unlikely that the bbc or the media in general will ever broadcast your average truckies insight to opinions and views unless it suits ther adgenda in the 1st place.certainly not from anyone who wont be prepared to give their personal opinion and either like it or lump it…the closest ive ever seen to reality is the youtube one where some gormless ■■■■■ asks a blair driver what he thoght with the answer being…you really dont want to know what we think about them, which spoke absolute volumes…the flipflop dide that swerved at them should have got a rha man of the year award instead of his books…

They were hoping I think for a truck driver who has one of these new fangled things called a telephone.

As for going there, they do. I’ve heard lots of BBC items about the jungle with journalists there on the scene. The problem with anti BBC people is they don’t watch or listen to the BBC hence they don’t actually know if they cover it or not!

A bbc(5live0 reporter rode up to Calais with a truck driver last year, iirc he was on for E M Rogers, and it was an interesting piece, but as always the beeb spoilt it with a corresponding article from the jungle, interviewing refugee “doctors” and the like, and also those citizen UK loonies. As always, the so called refugee’s got the lions share of what was a weeks worth of articles about the migrant crisis, and not just about the jungle, but also from Greece and Italy. A world service reporter/radio 4 reporter, followed a Syrian family, from Turkey to Germany. Meeting up with the said family, at different points along the land route through Greece Macedonia Serbia Hungary Austria and to Germany, later she met them as they were about to move into a accommodation given to them by the German government, the most shocking thing of this whole story was the reaction of the family, when they realised that the accommodation was a hostel, in which they were given 2 rooms, but had to share bathroom and kitchen. They were so ungrateful, I’d have put them on a plane back to Syria.

love it
a nice little job for a newbie looking for job experience,…the BBC hates us,about time it was shut down :imp:

LOL, get a grip. Because they are non-partisan they should be shut down?

God forbid we are left with [zb] opinion rags like the Guardian and the Daily Mail.

Just because the BBC doesn’t allow creative writers masquerading as pseudo journalists like the comic cited here, to stoke up the side of a story you believe doesn’t mean they hate “us”. Forced into the path of a 38 tonne juggernaut, car crushed etc etc standard Daily Mail cobblers.

No it’s not because they are allegedly non partisan (not biased) Are you kidding FFS or another of those who have been brainwashed by their BIASED Left wing socialist pro eu and pro establishment PROPAGANDA Were you with this shower breitbart.com/london/2016/09 … or-europe/ as it is this they support they will never report negatively against these fake asylum seekers that are really and invading army from the middle east & Africa

The BBC should not be funded by the tax payer , the establishment use it as somewhere for them to retire into, in order to maintain the life of luxury at the expense of the tax payer, Also it isn’t just the lack of them reporting news that doesn’t fit their agendas, but they carry over their bias into other broadcasting to even into soaps like eastenders

I had the BBC emailing me the other day as they were trying to find lorry drivers to talk to about the situation in Calais. Stop thinking the crappy Daily Mail is the last bastion of truth, it isn’t, it just pushes what Paul Dacre and Lord Rothermere tell them to push. At least the BBC are accountable in a way none of our scummy rags like The Mail are.

Did you accept their invitation?

Ditto that question. And I wonder why the BBC dont just go to Calais to get a comment from those who are there? Unless their H&S officers have said its too risky?

Edit: maybe a job for the excellent Kate Adie?

No. This isn’t a topic I’m prepared to talk on the radio about

So you said you are willing to talk about it on telly though, right?

There was a more recent video where they saw first hand the trees across the road, but they then claimed that the people doing it where PEOPLE TRAFFICKERS typical BBC bias bollox there’s no way that they could of known by looking at them that they were traffickers , they are alike to other bias left wing MSM who say that they are Norwegian when they are not or they where mentally ill

http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/08/26/shock-video-bbc-attacked-armed-illigal-migrants-calais/ it too them nearly a full day longer than breibart to add it to their own web site, why? because it wasn’t as important to them as reporting anti brexit stories

Someone suggested that the French farmers should get involved:

We’ll keep blocking Calais unless Britain stops fining us over migrants, say French truckers

The truckers and farmers will be joined by shopkeepers, businessmen and even disgruntled police officers, who will form a “human chain” in solidarity. Local Calais residents have been asked to take a day off to participate.

“There is no way 1,000 policemen on shift are going to contain 10,000 people – you’re talking about 30 migrants to one gendarme or CRS riot police officer. There needs to be heavy presence if not the police, we are calling for the French army to be deployed in the short term while the camp can be dismantled and solutions can be found to stop the flow.

I doubt the government will listen as they haven’t listened to our own drivers who they have eagerly taken money from and then to add further insult haven’t used it to deport those found on board their lorries

I do love it when people use links to stories on sites like Breitbart to try and prove the BBC has a bias one way or another. It wouldn’t be like they have anything to gain from the ending of the BBC would it. Oh no no no. Its always those with the most biased view themselves that whine on about the BBC. So it doesn’t report the news exactly how you want it to be reported, oh boo hoo you.

I tune into RT news the bbc only report what they think the thick masses should have .I made a complaint about non cover of the fra)nce and belgum riots where police used water connon and tear gas on demonstrators who were trying to stop their governments from changing worker right laws (this was just before Brexit vote when the bbc wheeled out its remain supporters to tell people EU protected workers rights) sorry but the bbc is not what it used to be.

Who controls the BBC, who is their paymaster? Would that be the government/establishment with perhaps some influence of George soros and his master plan to flood the west with Muslim invaders, and you won’t find that on the Generation snowflake PC bbc

The tv tax the private company they use Capita , for enforcement and collection of the tv tax , operate outside the law, they have lied and deceived & intimated and harassed many with their TV detection claims/lies that they have never submitted evidence of in a court because they don’t actually exist, and never have, they are known to lie to get search warrants and some JP’s are alleged to of been complicit in this , the bbc are no longer a viable trustworthy media company

They could always go to Dover or Folkestone and interview them there?

Yes I’ve seen BBC reports from the Jungle and from the boats in the Mediterranean, so they’re willing to travel to talk to the immigrants, but not to talk to truck drivers it seems.

I’m actually not anti BBC, and when I’m home I watch the BBC or go onto their website when away, it’s one of many news feeds I look at and others I look at I’m aware of their political bias and take that into account.

I also think the BBC can make great programs, not restricted by the need for commercial ratings, despite the wishes of certain MP’s, who seem to complain when it make popular programs with high ratings and then complain about it making programs that will ever only appeal to a small audience.

But I do increasing feel I’m being subliminally preached to by the BBC, not just in it’s News output, but in other current affairs and general interest programs.

^^

I quite like the bbc documentarys on I player and agree. It’s quite clear they do have some agendas, some are very subtle. The agendas can be spotted when there’s a stream of material on the same subject without or not equally portraying a differing view. The latest BBC hobby horse is peddaling the cuddly down to earth side of Islam UK. Not commenting right on wrong on the subject but it does stand out like a sore thumb what they’re up to. It does feel like I’m being lectured if I were to chose to watch. Not that I am lectured easily. I’ll happily respond to a viewpoint but if a media outlet constantly portrays one bias, I’ll apply my pinch of salt and base my views on a variety of sources.

It seems Poland of all places has the right idea of dealing with these do called refugees, accept only non Muslims, and unlike the western EU countries not afraid to call a spade a spade! Hopefully Frau Merkel going to reap what she has sewn by inviting hordes of the skum into the country to behave like mediaeval barbaric untermensch! Plenty to watch on u tube about the PL public demos by the way.

+1…watching youtube portrays a much more realistic story to show the parasitic vermin for what they are.i have family in sweden where they also take a more down to earth stance against the invading masses with their hands out.

she will come October or when ever they have their election, for what she has inflicted upon the people of Germany i hope the payment from soros was worth it for the sour faced fat old hag, because she will need it for security services to stop the Germans getting to her, and the rapeugees maybe relieving their ■■■■■■ emergencies over her, their again they would have to be blind and desperate to even get a erection looking at that

Blimey stop sitting on the fence Tommy!

Blimey stop sitting on the fence Tommy!

what fence is that then, i sit on no fence mate, but i tell it how i see it , and that isnt from any of the bs media but from 1st hand past experience, this crap has been going on for at least the past decade 10 YEARSIf not longer at Calais but the snowflake left wing French government hasn’t really done anything to stop it have they, and what we have now its the result of years of ignorance and negligence ,
If the French decided to deport them back to Italy the Italians who kick up a stink, but in the end apply logic and common-sense, and stop rescuing those who don’t need rescuing and more importantly stop landing them on their shores , they would either sink their boats or turn them back, because the only reason why they keep on bringing these parasites to their country is because they know that they will move on to other parts of the eu, that and soro’s involvement /funding to ensure that this happens
the whole thing is corrupt

I think we have to be careful not to tar the majority of the migrants in Calais with the criminals causing chaos along the roads. Lets not forget that there are people traffickers & gang leaders at work under pressure to get people over the channel, chances are a lot of the people orchestrating all this violence aren’t the ones trying to board the lorries. People can complain all they like about an apparent bias towards the sympathetic reports in favour of the migrants, but there is no escaping the fact they show that there are actually a lot of perfectly decent people in Calais.

Don’t get me wrong, i’m not in favour of letting them all in. The “why aren’t we helping them” brigade seem to think that letting them all in is a no brainer, when in fact it’s far from it. Relaxing our strict stance & letting migrants in from Calais will only land more people in the hands of traffickers encouraged to bring more people across the continent, we also have resourcing issues no one seems to be offering answers to. The Britannia Airport Hotel in Manchester near me is full of migrants dumped there by government - whats the long term plan to integrate these people into society? The majority of them are unskilled & have limited education so are going to be long term burden on the state.

Unfortunately a small country that offers it’s citizens free extensive healthcare & an extensive array of welfare support has got to be strict with it’s borders otherwise it’s simply untenable. You can’t have it both ways & we should be protecting our own way of life.

I understand the common argument that we have to take some responsibility for the wars we have been apart of abroad. I don’t have a problem with us going over to the refugee camps in Turkey etc. and taking numbers we can manage, but lets not forget that a large number of people (if not the majority) in this country didn’t want the UK to be apart of these wars. The Iraq War & Syrian airstrikes were not put to referendum, so the plight of these people is not blood on our hands & I don’t see the politicians behind all this carnage queueing up to put these people in their spare room.

Er, just to clarify, as all this seemed to happen after my post (most likely by shear tenuous link), I did not mention sympathetic reports on migrants, I mentioned sympathetic reporting by the BBC on Islam in the UK. A different topic

Yor very first few words are totally wrong , none of those at calais are entitled to under EU legislation to claim asylum in the uk, and the majority are young men of fighting age those are the facts, so yes they by entering the uk are criminals and the dregs that are of no use, therefore deportation is the only solution , many of these are not even fleeing conflict or persecution
