Happened upon this a few weeks ago… they’d only just got set up.
Promised i’d give a mention on here, but then i was away for 3 weeks.
A family run affair & home is some distance from the site. (Coventry, might have said)
Food was excellent and prices seemed reasonable.
Apparently they’ve had to jump through quite a lot of hoops to get permission to be there.
Best bit: open 24 hours!
Large lay bye where the VOSA check point is, just east of J16 M1Northampton/Daventry
(Very useful if you’re waiting for a booking in time on Dirft as i was)
Mods, not sure if this will be seen as advertising? I have no commercial connection with this business. Just thought as they are obviously trying hard with a new & useful to us business, they deserve our support. There have been other threads (when RobK was around) highlighting good snack stops.

I understand its no longer there. According to the grape vine, they never did have permission.
However, there’s a good one just round the corner:
go past the VOSA check point to the round-a-bout, turn right as if you wre going to Tescos, then i think its 1st right again, only a few metres (might be a mini r-a-b?). Just down there on the right.
