Mont blanc transport Manchester

Anyone any up to date info on this company?? Just usual pay, hours etc. Thanks for any help…

They are brilliant…12 hrs a day…£800 a week take home, 3 months holiday pay at full rate, top spec motors with microwave, fridge and tv/dvd, all leather, fully automatic, 12 spot lights and frilly curtains, all meals paid for via a daily allowance, no weekend work, and a drivers mate if requested.

Why not phone them up and ask them yourself?

12 hours a day ■■? thought it would be less than that …

I’m assuming that if you do ring them up they WON’T tell you about the bent running, overloading, maxing of hours or the £7.40p/h they reluctantly pay you.

But a recent employee or maybe a friend of a friend may well be able to shed light upon such things, and then you can call them up or not.

Just a thought…[emoji106][emoji106]

Mont Blanc aren’t exactly a massive company so the chances of bumping into a driver who actually works for them are quite slim. Therefore getting the true(ish) word on a prospective company depends pretty much on asking such questions on a forum such as this. Sure, you can say “call in or ring them direct” but they’re gonna say pretty much anything to get your arse on a seat, so perhaps instead of the smartarse comments you could do something constructive such as scrolling past and ignoring the post if you have nothing worthwhile for the o/p to add?

Money is 7.98 a hour if you’re a local
If you’re Italian it’s 8.50 a hour
If you have crossed the blanc as in over and around it’s 9.15 a hour
If you overnight it’s 11.00 a hour max 13 hours paid but have to do 15 for that, breaks deductions
If you require a cab mate you drop 30% of the hourly rate
If you want a new truck it’s just a 20% drop
Just a note you must be able to change a flat wheel and do repairs to the truck or trailer

Err, perhaps because if they are a crock of crap, then they’re not exactly going to say “we are a crock of crap”?

Be another company. Advertises. Advert says along the lines excellent pay term conditions etc. Which will be discussed at the interview.
Ie there ask you what kind of wage your hoping for. .there never tell you what it is.
