How easy/hard is the module 4? I have so far passed my module 1, 2 and 3 first time (passed my module 2 yesterday) and am now waiting for a date for my module 4. Will be having some training before hand though.
It’s not hard. But remember it’s a demonstration test - not so much talking, more doing. With correct training you should have no problem. We regularly test 8 at a time and get 8 passes.

Excellent so once the training is done do you all do the assessment as a group (do a bit of talking/demonstrating each) or is it a 1-examiner?
Test situation is just you and examiner, it is kind of like show me, tell me, check out the mod 4 YouTube link in your on the posts at the top of this forum, will give you some excellent advice and a demo.
