Yeah just relax, it wasnt anywhere near as hard as i was expecting, if your struggling the instructor will try and drag more out of you.

Youāll be fine. I was pooing myself too. Went completely blank on the final question, which was the daily checks.
Got in and checked brakes and pressures etc. Went to get out and he kept saying āare you sure thereās nothing else you would check?ā
I knew there was something! Got out and then it came to meā¦ I hadnāt switched lights and hazards on!
I asked if I could jump back in as I had realised my mistake! He smiled and said it was fine to.
I ended up scoring 100%!
Just make sure you are ā ā ā ā with everything and try to bore them silly. They will quickly ask you to move on!

There will be 5 questions. At any point you can refer back to a previous question and give more information and demonstration. Remember it is a demonstration test with little scope for giving information. You must demonstrate. Give information if itās not possible to demonstrate because of the type of vehicle. The last question is always the daily checks. Use the checklist I hope your trainer has given you; there is no problem with this. Donāt waste time checking other stuff - you cannot get any credit for it.
I repeat, itās demonstration. So donāt say āIād check all my lightsā. Just check them. Remember the vehicle probably has 6 tyres. They all need checking. If you come back with clean hands, chances are youāve failed. Get down and dirty!
