Booked it today managed to get a date I was available after someone had just cancelled. Found some good videos on YouTube for anyone doing it both videos roughly 40 minutes. If you type mod 4 cpc into YouTube , E P training have a video also Ben Shaw . Both very good at least something to take until the date.

This is true. A reputible training provider should be able to give you a checklist for the test. There are only twelve items the examiner will be checking you on, as outlined in the above link for Flair Training.
