Have you read the Flair Training notes?
Have you had a couple of hours with a decent trainer?
It all helps.
Best if luck

they’ve sent me a load of “stuff” to learn, im in at 1100 and my test is 1305, but theres 2 of us going down to the test centre, so i reckon well have an hour to an hour and half before we go to the test centre!
Should be ok, and TBH during the actual lessons MOST of the stuff i need to know has been run through and as a PCV driver, other than the load restraint bits, its predominantly stuff i already know anyway!
fingers crossed eh!

Just make sure your pre flight checks are thorough, your walk round checks are thorough and you tell the examiner every little detail.
Make sure they take you though the load restraint types and how to secure them.
As you say, doing the checks for a coach is pretty much similar apart from not being allowed to restrain the passengers with ratchets , so you have a good head start.

This video will help you get some idea. Don’t worry about the dolly knot. But the other restraints you need to get your head around.
Make sure your trainer gives you time to play with the restraining devices and get to grips with them. It’s one of the things that left me for dead on my first attempt.
