Afternoon Gents, Got my Mod 2 tomorrow, any pointers/tips? I’ve revised and done mock tests where possible fingers crossed it’s been enough.

Cheers ROG, only thing im a bit twisted about (among a few others) is under what circumstances does GB Domestic apply over EU Rules? I’ve practice case studies with questions asking which applies In the UK(as the case study was based on someone making deliveries solely within the uk), i’ve put EU and its been incorrect. At which point my brain did a somersault and went “wtf?!?!”

Basically if the goods vehicle is over 3.5t you drive to EU regulations unless there’s an exemption in which case you’re likely to be on UK Domestic rules.

There’s a list of exemptions on page 13 - Rules on Drivers Hours and Tachographs and here.
