Having today been on my 1st cpc course, could someone clear up some conflicting advice for me? I passed my car test in Dec 96, so had been on grandfather rights on my 7.5t. When I took my class 2 in April 13, and my class 1 in June 13, my instructor told me I didnt need mod 2 & 4, yet today I’ve been told I do need it. So who is right?

You DO NOT need 2 + 4
The system already knows that you have pre 97 dcpc acquired rights so would not let you book them
