Mobile telephone fines in europe

Using the mobile telephone when driving can be an expensive game when travelling through Europe as the fines vary from country to country.
Here below are a few examples in some cases the maximum has been quoted which as a foreigner you can be more or less assured they will be applied in your case.
If anyone has any more examples please feel free to add to the list.

Italy 68 Euro can be more depending on circumstances

They are working on a Euro licince JB. Any countries that apply points will have to contact your equivalent of the DVLA and the points will be added, depending on your country of course (I know your a Brit JB).
