Most local newspapers publish the locations for that district/area, which inevitably means re-publishing the same notice week after week, listing every known location in the district/area.
This covers the safety camera partnership legally by stating that theyre out & about moving between all the known sites. So that effectively means a speeding driver who gets caught, cant state there was no warning
