Mobile phone holder

.
I’ve had an email from the Post Office reminding me about the new
traffic penalties, e.g. for tailgating, lane hogging & using a hand held
mobile phone etc.

They recommend buying a phone holder and using the speaker function when
on the move. I had doubted its legality, even though I can’t stand having my
ear bunged up for hours with bluetooth.

Has anyone else used this holder and, if so, is it any good ?

It looks the same as mine, I got mine free by running that ‘monitor your driving’ app by comparethemarket or one of those last year.

It’s fine, does the job, sucker’s good and it’s adjustable for different phones, I run a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it’s fine in there.

I got one of those already but never use it, after so long the suction gives way on those things leaving your phone to go bouncing off across the cab at will :open_mouth: :open_mouth: leaving your possible only line of communication likely to be damaged :smiling_imp:
I went for a bluetooth solar self charging hands free , not the best over engine noise but do able

Met Police chief is after a driving ban if you are caught twice, twas in the paper, it could happen.

I thought it was a ban after being caught once for HGV/PSV Drivers.

Isn’t it a trip to the Traffic Commissioner ?
