There isn’t one that covers Europe, you need different ones for each Country,
Which one you use in ireland
In the South I use Meteor, good coverage and very quick. €2.99 per day or €19.99 for 30 day use
I have one with Vodafone Ireland,49 euro a month with enough usage included to view emails etc.
It’s called Vodafone europe,not sure if they offer the same in the Uk,works well for me just Don’t use it in Belgium as they charge you extra!
