Hi,
I have some missing mileage on a vehicle tachograph (a few actually 
), and I have narrowed it down to two things.
The driver’s card malfunctioned; I’ve got printouts so sorted, note on the system saying see printouts.
The other thing is when it was taken away by a service provider by some work. I took it off the company card, but the ~200kms shows as driven without a card and I can’t assign it to a driver on the system. 
Should service provider technicians use a card, and if so should I ask to download them so I can allocate mileage?
Or should I set up a driver on my system as the ‘Joe Bloggs Garage’ and allocate them to the mileage?
