I started late yesterday and after 13 hr shift got back to yard just before midnite. Whats the minimum rest i have to take?

Are you asking about weekly or daily rest?

If you’re really meaning weekly rest then it depends what weekly rest you took in the previous calendar week.

If you mean daily rest then it is either 9h or 11h depending on how many reductions you have already used since your last weekly rest.

Sorry i mean weekly rest last weekend i took over 45 and i currently have nothing to pay back

Minimum weekly rest is 24 hrs , minimum daily rest is 9 hrs
