Another nail put into wage negotiations the Government is raising the National Minimum wage from October. This is going to cut into Basic wage for those of us who work in the 7.5 range.

i currently work nights in a warehouse and my wage has not gone up when the day staffs minimum has wont be long till the day staff are on the same as me when im working nights :frowning:
